A warm welcome wraps the stay

Upon arrival, the friendly staff greeted us warmly, and the spacious room had ample storage. Despite the surroundings, a brisk 10-minute walk took us to the tram, connecting us effortlessly to the city's sights.

Unfortunately, the shower lacked a curtain, resulting in wet mornings, and the surrounding street felt a bit rough at night. While the breakfast was decent, it could use more variety to appeal to all tastes.

From the minute we arrived, the staff were helpful, informative and considerate. French is an advantage, but reception is usually able to speak fluent Englsih,so no need tyo worry/ Rooms are very large, and spacious - all non-smoking. Most also have self-=catering facilities. Ask for cultery etc at reception. Grerat valuie - would certainly stay again.

Nothing I didn't like. It is c 10 mins walk to the nearest Metro, but several city centre buses pass the door.

The breakfast was tasty and gorgeous with healthy vegetables; and the staff was accommodating!

This place suits me perfectly, offering fast wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a tv. I remember when the staff helped me with technical issues during my first stay. I recommend it for a great experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

hotel has 4 stars.. but u can not see that there...everuthing is more or less old..

Staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Location was somewhat close to the main tourist area. Mini kitchen with a microwave and a coffee maker.

The air-conditioning wasn't working when the rooms strangely got quite warm in the evening. The beds are too small if you're going to need two separate beds, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. No room service. Toilets didn't have shower curtains.

The room was a bit cold. The blanket was small for one person so I had problems staying warm. Also, the breakfast is quite poor (little and not diversified)

Underground car park nice and cold with a useful lift and WiFi.

It's not that the aircon didn't work... it's that we didn't have a remote for it and I didn't know how to call reception because the room's phone was all in Hungarian (usually there is English available for how to use the phone). Quite surprising for a "4 Star" hotel. The beds, although suitable, were a little hard and 'simple' for the star rating. 3 Star hotel, I would not comment about it.

The spacious room offered a great atmosphere for relaxation. Unfortunately, the area surrounding the hotel felt a bit less appealing.

Personable staff and incredible location in the city centre, everything was great. Location : the hotel was really close to the smarter central areas and city center. Also, Holocaust Memorial Center was just 1 km away.

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a couple. Enjoyed the comfort and local transport options nearby.
